Quality Inspector Responsibilities:

• Perform regular quality assessments on all materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
• Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
• Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
• Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
• Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
• Follow up production process and monitor time schedule.
• Alert purchase department in case of any potential delay.
• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

 Quality Inspector Job Description

• Oversee production to ensure that all quality standards are being met and intervene in situations where they are not being met.
• Inspect end-products thoroughly to make sure that their quality is at par with set standards.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to provide them with feedback on non-conformity to ensure that the next batch is of good quality.
• Perform both visual and physical checks on processes and provide adjustments suggestions.
• Isolate items that do not comply and ensure that they are timely reported.
• Ensure that inspection results are documents according to established protocols and procedures.
• Create and submit detailed reports regarding each process’s success and failure, and provide recommendations for improvements.

Quality Inspector Requirements:

• Technical school diploma or equivalent qualification in mechanical engineering
• Certification in NDT is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Good technical measurement skills (conventional and 3D measurement)
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
• Willingness for business traveling (mostly within turkey)
• Good reporting capabilities
• Good English or German languages are preferred.
