QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Ensure products meet customers’ expectations for function and performance
- Develop features using analysys/design documents and customer feedback to define a simple and intuitive user experience
- Review code and enforce best practices
- Look out for the latest technologies and match up with use cases and solve business problems efficiently
- Continuously optimize and refine system and sub-systems
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate development and testing activities, in collaboration with team
Requirements
- 5 years of UI experience
- Expert knowledge in one of the front-end technologies Angular / React / Vue (5+ years)
- Experience with open source (Apache Projects, Spring, Apache Maven)
- Experience with automated testing (TDD, Mocking, Unit/Functional/Integration)
- Hands-on with engineering excellence, CI/CD tools, and practices
- Experience with Agile
- Strong collaboration skills with business and ops
- Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Independent and strong ownership of business problems and technical solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
- Solid engineering practices (e.g. design patterns)
