QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Head of HR

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from departments such as Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or other relevant fields
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
  • Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration.
  • Excellent planning, time management, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic planning in line with the company’svision, mission, and core values.
  • Manage the recruitment, selection, and placement processes.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits management.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems.
  • Lead company-wide training and development programs.
  • Ensure that all HR processes comply with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Manage career planning and talent management processes to support employees’ career development,
  • Manage Human Resources budget and reporting processes in a timely, effective and efficient manner.
