We are looking for a Financial Controller for our Finance Team that located in Cayirova/Kocaeli.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation of management reports, monthly closings and financial reporting packages in accordance with IFRS,
• Active role in annual budget process, forecasts and revisions,
• Pro-actively analyze, control, and steer relevant Profit & Loss lines (actuals and forecast on project basis),
• Supporting the Group’s cash flow planning / reporting,
• Supporting business units / departments on issues related to financial reporting,
• Creation and timely submission of ad-hoc reports,
• Managing the relations with external auditors in the year end,
• Maintaining the ERP System efficiency for costing issues (data quality and required system adaptations),
• Preparing detailed report for budget / actual deviations, and to propose corrective actions, full responsibility on fix cost tracking and evaluation of the plant,
• Reconciling and analyzing the cost of sales of projects with Trial Balance,
• Following and applying corporate financial instructions,
• Taking and proposing corrective actions about OCF and overdue reduction,
• Preparing the direct cost reports (DVC & GM by project, product, customer, item / margin deviation / hours accounting / purchasing impacts / cost to complete / project portfolio).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Over 5-7 years’ experience in financial, operational, and business partnering roles,
• Audit & reporting experience is an asset,
• Very good command of written and spoken French & English,
• Proficiency in MS Office programs,
• Business orientation and high sense of ethics & responsibility,
• Knowledge of IFRS and Turkish GAAP,
• Experience of working in multi-national teams and/or a virtual team environment would be an advantage,
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a  deadline oriented environment,
• Strong analytical and planning skills, team player,
• Completed military service for male candidates.
