Job Roles Details:

• Lead and contribute to artificial intelligence and image processing projects with a focus on industrial applications.
• Collaborate with industrial teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions for manufacturing and process optimization.
• Utilize multiple programming languages and frameworks to design and implement innovative solutions.
• Monitor new technological advancements and integrate them into existing systems and projects.
• Perform system analysis and re-engineering to improve performance and scalability.
• Identify and lead digital transformation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency in industrial environments.
• Establish methodologies and principles in close collaboration with the Digital Transformation and Technology Department.
• Perform technology and process analysis, improvement, and reengineering.
• Cooperate with technical departments and coordinate with external service partners. 
• Ensure the operating business and the support structures are aligned with transformation goals.
• Coordinate training concepts and execute training sessions for end-users and project stakeholders.

 Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related fields.

• Proficiency in C++, Java, Python, and React, with the ability to work across these languages and quickly learn new ones as needed.

• Hands-on experience in developing industrial AI solutions and leading digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing or related sectors.

• Strong knowledge of fundamental algorithms, data structures, and software development principles.

• Practical experience with OpenCV, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

• Proficiency in working with large datasets and analyzing machine learning models.

• A team-oriented, innovative, and collaborative professional with strong communication abilities.

• Strong execution capabilities combined with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach.

• Workflow and flowchart knowledge.

• Software process analysis and testing methodologies knowledge.

• Fluent verbal and written language skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional and international environments.

• Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically.

• A very good team player as well as an individual contributor who supports and provides feedback to employees when required.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar areas.
