The Sales School, prepared by GHA Academy, is designed for you to gain and develop your future sales skills.  The Sales School training program, which will last for 100 hours, will enable you to have end-to-end successful salesman competencies in the field of real estate with many trainings ranging from effective communication to real estate economics, from sectoral technical knowledge to basic and advanced sales skills.

 What will you do when you graduate from sales school?

 As a qualified and sought-after face of the sector, Real Estate Investment Consultant:

 + Ensuring the realization of the sales budget and target,

 + Take an active role in ensuring customer satisfaction

 + Making sectoral analyzes of the customers in the region,

 + Determining the needs of its customers and offering appropriate solutions,

 + To increase the market share in line with the company strategies and targets,

 + It will prepare new investment studies in line with customer needs and expectations.

 Required Qualifications;

+ Preferably graduated from undergraduate Business Administration, Economics, Administrative Sciences and Language Departments of universities,

+ Having advanced level of English language knowledge, preferably Arabic, Russian, Persian grammar/knowledge as a second language,

 + Able to reside in Istanbul,

 + Aiming for a career in sales,

 + Open to development, high communication and persuasion skills,

 + Able to keep up with the intense work pace,

 + We welcome applications from candidates with advanced analytical and social skills.
