PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Georg Fischer Hakan Plastik is one of the world's leading manufacturers of plastic piping systems and preferred worldwide with its innovative products and operating in GF Building Flow Solutions Division.

As Georg Fischer Hakan Plastik, we are seeking a Production Executive to drive the strategic planning and strategic execution of GF Building Flow Solutions in Turkey, located in Çerkezköy.

You will report directly to the Plant Production Manager of GF Hakan Plastik in Turkey.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Oversee and manage the entire production process to ensure timely and efficient completion of all tasks for on-time delivery.

·        Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and compliance with established manufacturing protocols, minimizing errors and maintaining high production standards.

·        Supervise, motivate, and support employees by setting clear goals, monitoring their performance, and providing feedback to improve productivity.

·        Conduct regular audits of work processes, measure performance outcomes, and provide detailed reports to identify areas for improvement.

·        Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing process efficiency, quality, and overall workmanship across production.

·        Ensure the proper maintenance, protection, and optimal operation of machinery and equipment, while participating in health and safety committee meetings to uphold compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

•   Graduated from the Chemistry, Mechanical, Industrial, or Polymer Engineering departments of universities,
•  At least 5 years of experience in the field and 3 years of team management experience,
•  Experienced in problem-solving techniques,
•  Knowledgeable about ERP and MES programs,
• Experience in plastic extrusion process is a must
• Possesses analytical thinking ability,
• Capable of adapting to a fast-paced work environment,
•  Possessing strong communication and representation skills,
