Job Description

-Determining proposal processes with guests and ensuring appropriate organization

- Performing reservation entry and exit transactions

-Following the guest's reservation, accommodation, payment entry and exit transactions and directing the welcoming team

-Updating business strategies by following current trends in the accommodation and hotel management industry

-Managing and reporting relationships with existing customers and ensuring    coordination and guidance between relevant departments

- Conducting sales analysis, analyzing the differences between the targeted budget and the actual budget and providing solution suggestions
