QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Specialist for our head office in Mecidiyeköy.


Qualification:

  • Preferably a university degree (Industrial Relations, Marketing, Economics, Business and mathematical content departments),
  • Aiming for a career in sales,
  • Good knowledge of English and Turkish,
  • Preferably knowledge of Arabic, Persian and Russian,
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the real estate industry,
  • Able to take personal initiative,
  • Success and goal oriented,
  • Willing to work in a team,
  • Having a desire to be successful in an entrepreneurial team,
  • Assuming the responsibilities required by representing the brand image,
  • Expressing oneself verbally and visually with an impressive diction and corporate identity,
  • Presentable,
  • Good planning, reporting and organizational skills,
  • Solution oriented,
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills,
  • Embracing his work, challenging, highly motivated and visionary,
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manner with a limited daily supervision,
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),
  • Knowledge of CRM systems,
  • Not having a travel disability,
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours



Job Description:

  • Assisting the Deputy General Manager responsible for Sales and Marketing,
  • Controlling the entry of the customers visiting the sales offices into the CRM system,
  • Control of the correct entry of the realized sales into the CRM system,
  • Confirmation of the information by phone call with the salesperson and going over the sales with the salesperson,
  • Receiving information about whether commission deductions are made from the agency or company, especially during the sale,
  • Confirmation of the VAT status of the project and the information included/excluded in the sales price,
  • After all the controls, the approval of the phase change of the sale,
  • Keeping abreast of sales with salespeople,
  • To prepare monthly sales status report,
  • To prepare the stock status report of the projects,
  • If necessary, supporting the sales offices and serving as a salesperson,
  • Making a projects tour,
  • Meeting agency demands,
  • Updating the required inventories,
  • Preparing stock lists and payment plans of all projects and updating them on a weekly basis,
  • When a new project is received, preparing documents and inventory regarding the project,
  • Uploading the materials prepared by the marketing team to the system,
  • Providing CRM support to salespeople,
  • To adopt the details of all projects and learn well,
  • Working in coordination with all departments,
  • When the new sales office is taken over, identifying the deficiencies of the sales office, and eliminating the deficiencies,
  • Supporting new salespeople,
  • Responding to and directing the demands of both agency and company employees,
  • Organizing the weekend plan of the personnel.

Preferred Candidate

3 - 10 years of experience
High School(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
