Your role: 

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative colleague to join our team as part of R&D Organization. This position reports to the R&D Responsible and is located in Manisa, Turkey. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting Cost Saving, Quality Improvement and Standardization projects mainly plastic parts, but also for other components and products,
• Analysing and solving problems based on design topics related to existing and new components/ products,
• Communicating with suppliers to have and share know-how,
• Supporting team members related to design matters,
• Leading preparation of samples, prototypes. 

You're Profile: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline,
• Fluent English (spoken & written) is a must, other languages are a plus,
• Familiar with technical drawings and engineering processes,
• Knowledge of 3D design software’s (CAD) (PTC Creo preferable),
• Knowledge of plastic raw materials and the basics of plastic molding,
• Knowledge of Bill of Materials (both design and production), Change Management,
• Good PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) (preferably Siemens Teamcenter) and SAP knowledge,
• Knowledge of FMEA Processes,
• Good knowledge of MS Office (for especially Excel & PowerPoint),
• Proactively drive for results and strong can-do attitude,
• Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks on time,
• Conformity of teamwork discipline, 
• Having good ability of communication,
• Ability to get in professional contact with person from different cultures and countries,
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability,
