Your role:  

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative colleague to join our team as part of Technical Department. This position reports to the Technical Manager and is located in Manisa, Turkey.  

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the work measurements, design and provide the standard operator work environment in order to improve safety quality, productivity and delivery performance at the shop floor with respect to the company targets and KPI's.  

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Managing safety, quality, productivity and efficiency improvement projects.
• Plan and organize activities in order to increase OEE and production efficiency with relevant departments.
• Defining the capacity of man and machine. Following and reporting labor & production efficiency.
• Entering new routings into SAP system for new products and variant and maintenance of the current routings.
• Calculation of standard time with MTM-2 (Method Time Measurement) and determining of methods for production processes.
• Preparation of standard work instructions, line balancing activities and cell layouts studies according to MTM-2.
• Take a part in continuous cost reduction projects.
• Implementation of new investment projects; determine technical specifications, cost studies and follow-up process.
• Working with lean production techniques such as VSM/VSD, Spaghetti Diagram, Poka-Yoke, SMED, TPM, defining supermarkets, KANBAN, FIFO implementation, 5S studies.
• Using problem solving techniques such as A3, 8D, PDCA.
• Supporting Quality team to meet customer demands and conducting process and product FMEA studies.
• Supporting R&D team for optimizing process and manufacturing sample productions, attending benchmarking studies. 

QUALIFICATIONS  

• Bachelor's degree from Industrial / Mechanical Engineering, 
• Minimum 3 years of experience, 
• Fluent in English language, Italian language is an asset, 
• Knowledge of OEE, productivity, efficiency, time and methods, 
• Organizational skills for line balancing activities in production, 
• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, and communication skills, 
• Problem solving and collaborative approach, 
• Result oriented and project management knowledge, 
• Military service completed for male candidates. 
• Good knowledge of MS Office (for especially Excel), as well as SAP,
• MTM knowledge is an asset.
• Good ability to choose priorities and able to complete multi tasks on time,
• Willing to learn new terms and ideas, continuous improvement mind-set, self-development skills, researcher, interrogative,
