Your role: 

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative colleague to join our team as part of R&D Organization. This position reports to the R&D Responsible and is located in Manisa, Turkey. 

Main Responsibilities: 

• Metal and plastic components which is being used for hoods will be chosen and designed by doing necessary calculations. Standards, procedures and regulation needs will be considered as well, 
• Common projects will be made together with Central R&D team located in Italy,
• Leading and supporting Cost Saving, Quality Improvement and Standardization projects,
• Analysing and solving problems based on design topics related to existing and new components/ products,
• Communicating with suppliers to have and share know-how,
• Supporting team members related to design matters.
• Leading preparation of samples and prototypes,
• Leading and organizing tests related to new components. 
• Leading DFMEA process for the new designs.

You're Profile: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline,
• Fluent English (spoken & written) is a must, other languages are a plus  
• Knowledge of Bill of Materials (both design and production), Change Management,
• Good PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) (preferably Siemens Teamcenter) and SAP knowledge,
• Familiar with technical drawings and engineering processes,
• Knowledge of 3D design software’s (CAD) (PTC Creo preferable),
• Knowledge of FMEA Processes.
• Interest of CFD Analysis topics (Knowledge of ANSYS is preferable)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (for especially Excel & PowerPoint),
• Proactively drive for results and strong can-do attitude
• Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks simultaneously 
• Strong interpersonal skills such as problem solving, teamwork, communication
