We are seeking a Market Development Specialist to support us grow our customer base and increase our business volume. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing new leads, making outbound connections to potential customers, and support ongoing projects. This is also a customer relationship management (CRM) position, as you will be responsible for existing clients and ensuring their continued satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in engineering, business administration, international relations or relevant fields, plus minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior function (previous experience as a Business Development Specialist and/or in defense industry);
• Team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills,
• Competency in negotiating and closing business deals,
• Advance communication skills with knowledge of written and spoken English (Arabic knowledge is a plus),
• IT-skills: advanced use of MS Office,( Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong presentation skills,
• Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail,
• Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships,
• Creative, communicative, open-minded and results-oriented,
• Learning agility, able to adapt to change very quickly,
• Work ethics, dynamism and ability to cope with multiple tasks and stressful situations,
• Having a valid driving license,
• No military service obligation for male candidates,
• No restriction for intensive traveling (both domestic & abroad).
Our ideal applicant has a minimum 5 years of experience in defense industry.

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs,
• Research, analyze and present market and product specific areas,
• Visiting customers, partners and conducting field research,
• Working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations requires review of identifiable factors,
• Support market strategy,
• Ensure all contracts proceeding in compliance,
• Preparing and presenting formal reports periodically to superiors.
