QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a teammates with the following qualifications to be appointed as the "Senior Architect (Ref1)" and “Architect (Ref2)” at the head office in İstanbul and site office in abroad of our company;

Ref1:

• Excellent skills in verbal and written communication in English,

• Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture department from universities,

• Minimum 10 years of successful in finishing works and site experience, preferably work experience in USA,

• Will be able to reviewing, interpreting and editing with site managements and reporting to management,

• Very good knowledge of the MS Office Package, CAD programs and preferably project management programs,

• Strong and good communication with teammates and directors,

• Extremely attentive to business follow-up, open to self-development,

• Who has no restriction for travelling (domestic-abroad),

• No military obligation for male candidates,

Ref2:

• Excellent skills in verbal and written communication in English,

• Undergraduate degree from Faculties of Architecture of Universities,

• Minimum 5 years experience in design office units of construction companies and experienced especially in finishes works,

• Good knowledge in projects and materials to prepare architectural as-built projects and detail projects,

• Ability to make the existing architectural, static, mechanical, electrical superpositions, working well in a team,

• Will control projects and manufactures on the field and check progress payments,

• Ability to use computer-aided design programs and create 3D drawings,

• Extremely attentive to business follow-up, open to self-development,

• Who has no restriction for travelling (domestic-abroad),

• No military obligation for male candidates,
