Farmasi Headquarters Istanbul / Çekmeköy location is looking for a Regulatory Executive.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the license file according to the health authority guidelines of the relevant country (Turkey, EU, USA, Canada and Mexico) to which the application will be made, and following the relevant regulations and legislation
• Managing the Food and Food Supplement Regulation processes (Turkey, EU, USA, Canada and Mexico)
• Managing the Personal Care and Color Cosmetics Regulation processes (Turkey, EU, USA, Canada and Mexico)
• Providing the necessary documents for licensing to domestic and international teams and ensuring coordination with the relevant units
• Establishing contacts with state institutions, following the legislation, making the necessary revisions and ensuring their applicability within the company
• Orientation of Artworks on the label and box according to the product information document
• Responding to letters from the Ministry and other official institutions; recording and archiving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Food Engineering or Chemistry from universities
• At least 5 years of experience in the licensing processes of Cosmetics, Food and Food Supplements
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of MS Office Programs
• Result-oriented, well-developed planning and problem-solving skills, good human relations, initiative, prone to teamwork
• Will adapt to the intense work tempo
• Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of İstanbul
