FARMASI X is a technology and software company affiliated to Farmasi Group serving in Turkey and 33 countries around the Globe. The working system is determined as Remote/Hybrid according to the preferences of the candidates.

We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who can understand our business requirements and work with a team to turn these requirements into a customer journey, who can put constant improvement in production at the center of his/her daily life, who sees the challenges she/he faces as a source of motivation and tries to design solutions.

Responsibilities           

• At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX
• To be passionate about creating an elegant, simple interface and give utmost importance to user experience
• To be willing to understand user needs, to create healthy communication lines with users, to understand software system, and to find optimum solutions
• To be open on learning: In time, deep understanding of e-commerce, B2B and B2C is a must
• To be fluent in one of the interface design softwares such as Sigma, Sketch, XD, or Invision StudioThe candidates will be required to present their portfolios

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related universities (Preferably graduated from departments such as Industrial Design or Graphic Design etc)
• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking
• Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders
• Be passionate about resolving customer requirement through great design
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
• Extreme willingness to learn, relearn, and learn again
