Falck Global Assistance, a member of the Falck Group, is inviting candidates to join our team for its Regional Operations Center.

We are looking for a Cost Containment and Assistance Coordinator to assist Nordic travellers within Turkey, and neighbouring countries.

Falck Global Assistance delivers health, safety and security risk management solutions to global companies and their global workforce as well as to leisure travellers. We provide help to people who are situated far from home in another culture and often in a place where they are unable to communicate due to language skills. Our core competences are travel assistance and claims handling – all services that are handled at our Emergency Response Centres by skilled specialists on duty every minute, every hour, every day. Main responsibilities and tasks
As a Cost Containment and Assistance Coordinator, you will help travellers in need, for example a family on vacation who missed their flight or a backpacker who got ill and admitted to a hospital,a business traveler being injured and needs help to be evacuated back home, or an expat who needs to be hospitalized.You will use your communication skills on a daily basis and be in close contact with doctors and hospitals throughout Turkey, and neighbouring countries.

Primary tasks:

• Cost Containment of medical and travel expenses,
• Case screening and case management with appropriate action plans and follow-up.
• Handle all logistic aspects related to the cases.
• Ensure that the client is well taken care of and is well informed

Your background and competences
We expect that you set high standards and work with an independent and disciplined approach to empower our business. The ideal candidate have cost containment and assistance experience, arranging assistance requests (hotel booking, taxi arrangement, ambulance transportation, ticketing etc.) and a strong know-how of collaborating with partners and providers.
 
We furthermore expect that you have:

• Experience in Cost Containment and Assistance.
• Advanced negotiation skills.
• A service-minded approach and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Capabilities to prioritize your tasks appropriately during peak hours.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Organizational and quick thinking skills,
• Excellent IT skills.
• An international mind-set.
• Superior communication skills; you are used to write and speak accurate English and Turkish – additional foreign languages will also be an advantage e.g. Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish.

 
Office working hours during daytime and weekdays and be expanded during peak summer season.
