Performance Management Specialist / Senior

We are looking for a "Performance Management Specialist / Senior" for our business partner.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

·       Ensuring that the performance management system is designed on the system, to implement the processes according to the calendar plan

·       Preparing the contents of the data used in the performance system and analyzing the results

·       Identifying and interpreting year-end reports, performance map changes, and anomalies

·       Managing operational processes related to the performance system and guiding users about systemic problems

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelors or Master’s Degree

·       Experienced in performance systems

·       Strong skills in MS Office programs

·       SAP knowledge is a plus

·       Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required

·       Excellent time management skills, meeting work deadlines effectively

·       Preferably written and spoken English
