HR Analytics Specialist

We are looking for a "HR Analytics" for our business partner.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Designing effective budget model for the HR area,
• Analyzing financial information to ensure all items are within budget,
• Forecasting future budget needs (via SAP tool & excel),
• Conducting benefit processes & compensations of the employees,
• Supporting salary studies and job evaluation processes,
• Evaluating and developing existing benefits programs, policies and procedures,
• Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues,
• Managing subordinate HR employees and daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities,
• Preparing budgets, analyses, reports and presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree,
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR budget studies, benefit management and compensations,
• Strong knowledge of SAP HR system,
• Good command of English,
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel & Power Point (specifically, advanced formulas, pivot tables and charts),
• Familiarity with forecasting methods and data analysis,
• Being an analytical, proactive and strong reporting directions in overall processes.
