Chief Financial Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end company's financial planning, budgeting, accounting practices, overseeing key relations with regulatory bodies/commercial banks and ensuring the necessary financial and internal controls to effectively support the decision making process of the company's future strategy.

Chief Financial Officer will be accountable for:

• Setting the vision, mission, strategy and tactics for the finance function
• Preparing annual budget and financial plan
• Reviewing the balance sheet
• Monitoring the company's performance against the budget and presenting financial reports to the Board of Directors
• Supervising all necessary activities for timely fulfilment of financial and accounting requirements set by regulatory authorities
• Ensuring that appropriate cost control measures are identified and implemented
• Determining the most appropriate financing source and conducting long-term financing negotiations
• Developing treasury strategies to minimise risks while managing the utilisation and repayment of loans, fund investments and cash flow
• Monitoring the liquidity position of the company and evaluating additional financial requirements in line with the company's business plan and budget
• Fulfillment of reporting and obligations against regulatory bodies such as SPK and Borsa Istanbul,

The Successful Applicant;

• Bachelor degree from reputable universities, master degree is a plus
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience (minimum 5 years of leadership) gained in big scale organisations within energy, telecommunication, banking or other related markets coupled with audit background
• Strong know-how in financial planning and control, accounting, risk, treasury and collection management
• Having strong stakeholder management and strategic business partnering approach, commercial acumen and analytic
• Solid inspiring & influencing, persuasive, foresight and resilience skills,
• Having knowledge of SPK legislation,
• Preferably have Level 3 SPK license.
• Fluency in English is a must,
