Budget and Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a “Budget and Reporting Specialist ” to join our Eren Retail.

Educational Background & Social Skills

· A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Industrial Engineering,

· 2 years of experience in budget and reporting,

· Strong reporting and analyzing skills

· Abilitiy to plan and organize multi tasks and activities,

· Strategic thinker, self-motivated and energic,

· Strong personel skills and ability work with other departments effectively,

· Excellent command of both written and spoken English,

· Advance excel and office applications experience is must.

Details of the Role

· Preparing and coordinating budget & forecast studies/process of entities,

· Responsible of reporting process within line with the policies and deadlines of the group

· Preparing monthly P&L, budget vs actual comparison analysis with channel, product, customer level,

· Assisting and leading the projects as required,

· Monitoring inventory equations and analysis required to identify risks in monthly basis,

· Preparing monthly cash flow and budget/forecast vs actual comparison analysis.

· Generating monthly, quarterly, annual management and financial reports of stores and sales

· Preparing business plan studies for a new brand/store or other investment and submitting them for management approval.
