As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who will play a key role in aligning our people strategy with business objectives and driving organizational excellence.

Job Description

• Assist in developing and executing brand strategies to achieve business goals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Assist in planning and executing market (digital, influencers, etc.) campaigns.
• Support to execute engaging social media and e-com strategies
• Work with agencies for advertising, PR, Social media campaignes
• Collaborate with Sales teams, retail teams to drive successful execution of marketing activation.
• Track and enter to the system all marketing expenses.
• Analyze sales datas and consumer insights to optimize marketing strategies

General Qualifications

• The successful candidate is required to have Bachelor's degree from reputable universities in related faculties
• Longterm internship or work experience in brand management, preferably in the cosmetic industry.
• Having an experience in Digital, e-commerce, retail is preferable
• Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Advanced English knowledge
• Good reporting skills backed by strong analytical capabilities
• Having an experience in marketing budget planning, implementing and controlling is preferable
• Demonstrating a resilient attitude and a sense of enthusiasm
• Having a desire to achieve targets
• Military service should be completed for male candidates.
