QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

REQUIREMENTS

·       Minimum Bachelor’s degree from related fields,

·       10+ years of experience growing and managing multiple functions within the People and Culture department (Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, onboarding, workplace, engagement, etc)

·       A very good command of English, both spoken and written,

·       Strong leadership skills, ability to work and be flexible under pressure,

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills,

·       Very good presentation skills,

·       Strong command of Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint, SAP, Power BI

·       Ability to clearly communicate complex information and to effectively motivate small and large groups,

·       It is preferable to have already established an Academy,

·       No military obligation for male candidates.

·       Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done

·             ·        Experience in change management and coaching in agile and dynamic environments

·             ·      It is preferable to have ICF-approved Coaching Certification

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Design and execute of leadership development programs,

·       Create annual training calendar for the company,

·       Work closely with stakeholders in the preparation, development & coordination of training events,

·       Contribute to continuous needs analysis and training improvement and additional training projects as required,

·       Prepare employees for assignments by establish and conduct orientation and training programs,

·       Develop, assess and facilitate training for new and current employees, and conduct the training programs including department head and manager roles,

·       Compile training evaluations and produce summary reports of participant feedback,

·       Solve problems, reacting quickly and productively, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve

·       Create and run our Learning and Development Strategy

·       Design and deliver Competency Based Training Programs

·       Work closely with the other team members to create the new People and Culture functions

·       Collaborate with appropriate People and Culture Team Leaders where needed.

·       Experience design and lead DEI initiatives with proven results for hiring, promotion, and retention

·       Help the workforce gain skills to operate effectively as business grows and scales.

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
Exempt, Completed
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
