To support our team in Izmir or Istanbul, we are looking to recruit a Teamlead Blades and Chemicals.

• Full responsibility for forecast & demand planning, buying execution and stock levels within agile category teams for entire material division Blades and Chemicals (incl. all assigned blade and chemicals categories and article numbers)

• Lead all team members within the division on forecast & supplier demand planning processes, buying execution as well as inventory & planning control.

• Assure division and category targets are met
• 1st point of contact for
  

1. division head requests and consolidated divisional material status reports
2. material delivery status (orders, confirmations, reminders, OTIF performance)
3. material inventory status (inventory level, overstock and stock outs, upcoming shortages)

• Escalation point for
  

1. forecasting and demand planning topics
2. material delivery status on divisional level

• Early escalations in division and at stakeholders
• Organization and control of product launches and release management
• Lead and collaborate on improvement projects with SCM and cross-functional functions
