Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields
• Good command of the English language(Verbal&written)
• Proficiency in MS-Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Preferably experienced in logistics operations

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking of operational project parameters
• Maintain & update computer systems and databases as required for the GL processes
• Develop and maintain a filing system for all team
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
• Organize and schedule meetings, trainings and appointments
• Arrangement of business trips and recording them
• Data entr and administration for Customs processes and needed operations
• Keeping steady communication with our head-office when any support from them with the team
• Improving of communication between local and global departments to make more efficient work flow for team members
