Sourcing Manager

Job Description

• Develop and manage Ecrou’s supplier network across Turkey and the Far East 

• Source non-fashion categories such as home decor, stationery, personal care products and accessories and manage  budget

• Negotiate pricing, lead times and contract terms to align with budget and margin expectations

• Collaborate with product, design, and buying teams to support seasonal launches and ensure timely deliveries

• Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and ethical compliance

• Maintain sourcing calendars and ensure adherence to production timelines

• Dealing new suppliers aligned with Ecrou’s design vision and sustainability values

• Support product innovation by researching new materials, techniques, and sourcing markets

• Follow the market and prices of the products related responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Minimum 10 years of relevant sourcing experience in retail or consumer goods

• Strong knowledge of sourcing from both local and Far East markets

• Experience working across multi-category retail (home, lifestyle, wellness, accessories)

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills

• Fluency in English 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and suppliers simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

• Willingness to travel as needed
