QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

EAE is established in 1973 and after establishment and become one of the leading companies in electrical and electronics industry. There are 13 companies under EAE Group and has export activities in more than 120 countries.

EAE Teknoloji A.Ş, one of the members of EAE Group.

Fields of activity of EAE Teknoloji A.Ş:

  • KNX Smart home/building automation systems
  • DALI automation systems.

This role will be mainly responsible for;

  • Creating parnerships, dealers and opportunities in area of responsibility.
  • Geting contact with specified target companies in different sales channels and developing partnership relations.
  • Analyzing the sales potential, following competition practices, suggesting sales-promoting actions and implementing the approved suggestions
  • Select the opportunities to focus (hotel, hospital, office tower, factory, airport, shopping mall, datacenter, university projects etc.) and follow right from tender stage to close the deal.
  • Follow up closely through trade partners, dealers, distributors and system integrators and keeping updated on both current and future projects.
  • Being in close connection with the dealers by going on regular field trips and taking the necessary satisfaction-improving actions in line with their feedback,

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions
  • Strong technical background on smart home or building automation systems, prefrably in KNX automation systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills


Performance criteria:

  • Sales volume, both “invoiced” and "booked”
  • Getting listed on big wholesalers's websites
  • New partners which regularly asks about their new projects 
  • "#RFQs", "#Sales and #Businessdevelopment meetings", "#Opportunities in negotiation phase"


Persanal characteristics:

  • Lifelong learner of social and technical issues (Electrical or Electronics Engineering)
  • Can travel constantly and enjoy getting to know new places and people
  • Excellant communication skills
  • Having good articulation and reporting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills

Preferred Candidate

More than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
