Junior Brand Associate

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “Junior Brand Associate” to be in our HQ Altunizade. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Assisting and implement marketing, innovation and communication strategies and marketing plans for the area of responsibility to increase brand awareness.
• Coordinating with the Assistant Marketing Manager to ensure consistency with the product line strategy.
• Following the market dynamics and competition and prepares analyses based on research & sales data. Developing recommendations and action plans accordingly.
• Following the annual sales & marketing budgets,
• Supporting product development activities and packaging design projects closely working with R&D, production and procurement teams.
• Managing digital marketing (social media and digital campaigns)
• Responsible for in-store communication and shopper communication of the campaigns, closely working with sales team.
• Coordinating events, sampling activities, promotions and other BTL projects with agencies.
• Responsible from developing efficient relations with agencies and related 3rd parties to deliver results,
• Consumering and customer focus with a genuine curiosity, ability to uncover relevant insights and translate these into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably Business Administrative, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Marketing Management major,
• At least 1 year of experience in Brand Management preferably in FMCG sector,
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills,
• Being self-initiative and challenge driven,
• Dynamic professional with strong communication skills,
• Aspiration towards a strong and authentic business sense and the real desire to achieve target,
• Ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously,
• Fluency in English,
