         Job Brief

We are currently hiring a Purchasing Specialistto contribute to our Purchasing function with the purpose of helping the company achieve its revenue target and strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities of a Purchasing Specialist

Conducting price research and analysis for all kinds of goods and services that the company needs or will need, In this way, providing an opportunity for cost reduction.

Collecting offers for incoming requests and converting them into orders

To determine the best products and prices by constantly monitoring market data.

Establishing and developing relationships with domestic and foreign suppliers, ensuring the expansion of the supplier portfolio,

·Support to prepare supplier agreements with the best commercial conditions, taking into account market conditions, company targets and competition,

· Support to prepare technical and administrative specifications and contracts regarding the procurement of goods and services by direct technical team.

· To follow the warranty periods in the post-purchase processes, to extend the useful life of goods and services by arranging maintenance-repair contracts, and ultimately to prepare a purchasing performance report,

Compares the missing or excess product with the demand and organizes the product to be returned or added to the next shipment organization.

Following up import processes of purchasing with foreign trade.

Collecting and archiving necessary documents and information requests regarding purchasing.

Being familiar with the relevant legislation and following new regulations and developments,

Key Requirements

· graduated from engineering departments of universities Is a plus

· 2-3 years of experience,

· Having carried out technical purchasing processes in purchasing, preferably in manufacturing companies, and has market knowledge in raw materials and metal fasteners product groups is a plus

· İntermediate level of English,

· knowledgeable about Free Zone legislation is a plus

· Good use of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and ERP programs (Preferably Uyumsoft(LioX) ERP),

· Have successful and effective communication skills in human relations,

· Analytical thinking, proactive and dynamic,

· High planning, research and coordination skills, fast and result-oriented,

· Improved decision making and problem solving skills,

· Good at time and stress management,

· Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
