Production Engineer

We are looking for a "Production Engineer"with the following qualifications to be assigned to our Bursa Factory:

If you have,

•        Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.
•        Good command of written and spoken English
•        No experience obligation / It is better to build your career together!
•        At least basic knowledge of managing New Product / Process introduction (industrialization) & existing production process improvements
•        Knowledge over efficiency, productivity and lean production systems
•        Good communicative skills
•        ISO TS 16949, APQP/PPAP, ANPQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D certifications are a plus

Also; If you able to travel abroad when its needed and have already live or able to live in Bursa, you may be the Production Engineer we are looking for!

The duties you will be responsible for when you joined Diniz Adient as a "Production Engineer";

•        Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly tracking, analyzing, improving and reporting of the KPIs related to productivity and quality.
•        Utilize root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce/eliminate non-conformances.
•        Creating both short and long term production plan with planning department, taking required actions and following up.
•       Maintain positive, team relationships with internal and external customers, as well as co-workers
•      Continuously improve production processes by implementing Lean initiatives.
