Return Center Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure product market and service quality with return center activities
• In case of detection for reimburstment cost possibilities, avoiding W&SW cost increase.
• To perform and monitor Return Center Quality tests and controls where performed in return center according to test instructions driven by customer requirements and prepare test instructions
• To manage six sigma projects (i.e yellow belt project leader or PSP leader) for improvements.
• Organization of shifts of Return center blue collar team, according to workload.
• Preparing monthly reporting of Returned products and parts to all related stakeholder departments with regular meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical and Electronics, Material)
• Good communication skill in spoken and written English
• Very good command of the MS Office applications and SAP 
• Min. 3 years total experience. (six sigma, problem solving, main core tools, 8D, … )
• Delegation, high job follow-up ,leadership, and influencing, time management under stress, analytical thinking skills are critical.
• Willingness to take responsibility.
