QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree, (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, and related fields) 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, (the German language is an asset)
• Min 7 years of experience in controlling, financial reporting, or financial audit departments,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team player, attentive to deadlines, good communication skills, attention to detail,
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in SAP (FI/CO)/BW would be an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Taking an active role in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely, accurate, comparable, and reliable financial figures. Provide information to external auditors for the annual audit.
• Supporting Budget, Forecasting and 5-year Business Plan processes with attention to deadlines while collaborating with related functions and ensuring data quality and the methodology used follows the Vaillant Group Guidelines. 
• Supporting monthly review meetings with Business owners to show monthly Business performance; Establish necessary tools to monitor, analyze, and the reporting of the key business and financial drivers, expenditures, and costs; figure out the deviations and the reasons with explanations and commentary. 
• Sparring partner of related functions with financial acumen in feasibility and sensitivity analysis, scenario analysis, and ad-hoc analyses for business decisions. Assist and prepare the segment, product, and business profitability to ensure product margins are in line with the target settings,
• Planning, organizing, and monitoring the team and ensuring effective and efficient process management, training new team members.
