In line with our growth strategy we are seeking for Junior Consultant to to join our Financial Risk Advisory Team  within the Audit Department with the following qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree; preferably in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics, or other related fields.

·        1-2 years of audit experience

·        Excellent command of English both written and spoken,

·        Alternatively, a solid understanding of these areas through academic or professional experience.

·        Strong interest in financial risk, regulatory frameworks, and data analysis.

·        High-quality research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·        Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

·        Familiarity with financial modeling, risk quantification, and auditing is a plus.

·        Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within teams. 

Job Description: 

·        Work on projects focused on financial risk quantification, providing a strong foundation for a career in risk advisory.

·        Conducting audits of IFRS-9 models (including PD, LGD, EAD, and staging methodologies).

·        Supporting ICAAP/ISEDES/IRB projects and preparing for Basel IV regulatory requirements.

·        Collaborating with European Deloitte offices in ECB audits.

·        Engaging in risk quantification and analysis projects, leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

·        Develop expertise in financial risk management, quantitative modeling, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
