QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Position Overview: As the HR Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes within the HR department. You will be responsible for leveraging data to provide insights and recommendations that will optimize our workforce strategies, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to the achievement of our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR analytics strategies to support organizational objectives and drive business outcomes.
  • Design and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and workforce diversity.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and provide insights to inform HR policies and practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to integrate HR data with other business metrics and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the development and delivery of regular reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting HR analytics findings and recommendations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and data visualization techniques, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, R, Python, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
