   Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics,
• 2 years experience (Compensation & Benefits in a multinational company in a similar industry is an asset),
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams,
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially strong command of MS Excel is required,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Basic Functions:

• Analyses costs and competitive trends in cash compensation and benefits programs and identifies the company`s position,
• Supports the C&B activities, including job evaluation, base salary review and adjustments across all functions\locations,
• Within the approved guidelines, prepare proposals on salary changes for new hires, promotions, transfers,
• Organizes supports job evaluation processes to ensure that all jobs are evaluated and graded consistently and correctly in line with Job Evaluation Methodology and Job Evaluation Procedure,
• Supports developing C&B packages for different projects,
• Calculates ad prepares data for salary increase and annual bonus.
