GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Founded in 2013, DAS TR Automotive is an automotive supplier industry company that dedicates its resources to technological progress and produces automotive seats and components. DAS TR Automotive continues and develops its production activities with the principle of safety and comfort. DAS TR Automotive also adopts an environmentally friendly product approach by strengthening its R&D Centers.

We are looking for a Supplier Development Engineer for our factory located in Kocaeli Kartepe region.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS/MS degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Material Engineering or related disciplines,
• Good knowledge of the systems for improving the supplier quality,
• Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System,
• Strong and proven audit experience,
• Knowledge of using the measurement equipments,
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods like casting, cutting, bending, coating, press etc.
• Understanding and interpretation of technical drawings and standarts,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Good MS Office and SAP knowledge are advantages,
• High degree of goal and result orientation,
• Knowledge and experience in problem solving techniques,
• Excellent communication skills in an international environment, teamwork, flexibility,
• No barriers to domestic-international travel,
• Completion of military obligation for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor and analyzes supplier performance and applies necessary counter measurements to facilitate improvements,
• Support all aspects of  New Product Development activities and customer requests for change, including tracking to agreed delivery plan,
• Development of existing supplier’s quality systems & process, data analysis and reportings,
• Visits suppliers regularly to assess supplier's performance and control prevetive actions,
• Audit suppliers after a quality claim, to validate the corrective actions and their efficiency,
• Following KPI and reports.
• Experienced in quality system audits
• Knowledge of SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP and 8D problem solving methodology
• Work experience on supplier development and improving customer satisfaction
