Internal Control Executive

Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the "Internal Control Executive" position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

Internal Control Executive plays a significant role in systematic assessment of company risks with a continuous improvement mindset while supporting the company operations to be compliant with local regulations and Danone Policies.

In this role you will/will be;

• Assessment of the underlying business requirement of financial, operational and compliance risks.
• Document and understand respective processes and controls under audit.
• Organize walkthrough meetings and coordinate testing to identify, document and report the risks.
• Identify value-added recommendations and align with business process owners.
• Understand global and local policies & procedures, global and local delegations of authority, local reporting requirements
• Performs projects/consulting assignments as per defined scope to support the management in achieving the organization objectives and mitigation of risks
• To support and be partner with (HQ - Paris) Global Internal Audit team members to assist the coordinated audits and support Global Internal Auditors and resolve difficulties/issues encountered

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have/be;

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Min. 5 years of experience in Internal Control or Audit
• Experience with SAP is highly required
• Advanced level of proficiency in English
• French and/or Russian language is an asset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical thinking and reporting
• No boundaries for domestic & international travel
