We are looking for an Service Attendant (Waiter / Waitress) who must have;

• Minimum 2 year experience in a 5 star hotel in similar position, 
• Good local and international beverage knowledge,
• Fluency in English, 
• Additional language skills is an advantage, 
• Building teamwork, 
• Good interpersonal skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Demonstrates good product knowledge of all food, beverage products. 
• Supports day-to-day operation of the outlet. 
• Ensures the set-up and clearance is done according to standards. 
• Communicates with the guest according to the standards set by D Maris Bay. 
• Presents the menu, makes recommendations and takes the guests orders. 
• Serves food and beverage items and ensures prompt service according to D Maris Bay standards. 
• Follows up on billing and checking procedures. 
• Co-ordinates and assists the clearing of tables and stations. 
• Ensures that the supervisor on duty is kept informed of all guest comments and complaints. 
• Attends communication meeting, briefings and training sessions as scheduled. 
• Keeps uniform neat and clean and ensures good personal grooming and hygiene in accordance to the standards of D Maris Bay.
