We are looking for an energetic team member who will work as full-time  Technical Consultant/Developer with following qualifications:

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Understand customer requirements and business objectives 
• Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals 
• Contribute ideas to coding best practices and new technologies 
• Draw on relationship and technical skills to act as technical liaison to internal and external clients 
• Implement and support technical solutions to deliver business requirements 
• Use your technical proficiency with the Salesforce platform to design and develop business functionalities using inbuilt CRM technologies and functionalities 
• Map Salesforce capabilities, features, and best practices against business and technical requirements by performing fit-gap analysis against Salesforce cloud, service, and available tools 
• Assist in managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. 
• Understand of the Salesforce platform and how to translate business needs into technical solutions. 
• Knowledgeable or willing to learn Salesforce technologies such as Lightning, LWC, Aura, Apex, etc. 

Skills 

• Bachelor's degree in?Computer Science or related field 
• A team player with excellent communication skills.  
• Problem-solving in new and innovative ways. 
• Customer service orientation 
• Excellent in written and spoken English
