The Opportunity

Lenovo Turkey is currently seeking for an Assistant Channel Marketing Specialist (LENOVO)  for our office in Istanbul. You’ll be responsible for driving marketing activities that target specific channels to promote products and/or services in order to deliver ROI KPIs.

Purpose of Position

·         Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans with key channel partners – retailers, etailers, distributors, partners etc to increase brand consideration and preference

·         Develop and deploy ATL, BTL, Digital and SoMe marketing campaigns customized for each channel partner

·         Analyze channel marketing activities and its ROI regularly and prepare quarterly reports

·         Increase visibility of Lenovo at main channel partners (POS materials, SIS areas, retailers’ websites, partners´ websites, partners´ email campaigns, partners´ events etc)

·         Localize Lenovo global assets whereas necessary for channel marketing initiatives

·         Provide channel partners customized marketing content and tools to support demand generation for Lenovo products

·         Localize and execute integrated seasonal campaigns targeting selected partners

·         Prepare proof of executions based on the Lenovo and Alliances guidelines

·         Support to arrange online and physical trainings for field team, ensure availability of marketing assets and merchandise items.

·         Analyze market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize channel marketing strategies.

·         Translate customer insights into strategies and actions

·         Collaborate with other departments (such as Product, Sales.) to ensure that channel marketing campaigns are aligned with the overall sales strategy.

·         Support marketing team for related marketing activities such as sponsorships and events

·         Have a data - driven approach in order to analyze, design and improve user journeys with a creative business mindset and curiosity for technology

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Product Management, Channel Marketing especially in retail, etail sector
• Bachelor's degree preferably Business , Economics, Industrial Engineering and / or Marketing Management
• Commercially minded, Results driven, analytical, pragmatic and decisive mindset, winning mentality, and a strong will to succeed
• Strong attention to detail with a desire to improve processes and drive team efficiency
• Proactive problem solver/solution-driven with a creative and highly analytical mind-set, able to read and interpret data and make proactive recommendations based on given insight
• Proven ability to navigate in a complex environment, Able to understand, Manage & reduce complexity
• Able to manage multiple deliverables & take decisions, whilst nurturing the development of team members
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good planning and organization skills to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
• Excellent interpersonal & collaboration skills. You will be trusted to navigate a Matrix organization, influence people and build strong relationships internally/externally to drive action.
• MS Office and social media knowledge
• Have good presentation skills
• Excellent level in English both written and spoken
