QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Coral Travel, the Group's main tour operator brand, started its operations in 1994 and has become one of the most trusted brands in its sector in the countries where it operates.
The countries where the brand operates are Belarus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Georgia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine.
Coral Travel organizes package tours and sells flight tickets to customers from all segments with a superior service approach. In the countries where it is presented, it organizes package tours with its own charter flight programs and scheduled flights. It sends guests to more than 90 destinations in 40 countries.
In addition to sea, ski and cultural tourism, it has a portfolio suitable for every budget with its wide service and product network with event, congress, sports and other types of tourism.
While providing high quality service to its guests, it continues to develop its activities per international standards.
We are looking for a “Special Service Specialist” with following qualifications;
• Experienced in one or more of the following; incentive, sports - hobby groups, congresses, information groups, cultural tour organizations,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in European markets,
• Experienced in hotel pricing,
• Experience in reservation as a travel agency or hotel,
• Familiarity with package program usage related to tourism (knowledge of Blank/xres software is an advantage),
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment,
• Possesses problem-solving, inquiry, research skills, and advanced abilities in analytical thinking, planning, and reporting,
• Open to self-improvement,
• Capable of taking responsibility for task tracking,
• Successful in interpersonal relationships, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and inclined towards teamwork,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Fluent in English (German is an advantage),
• Residing in Antalya or having no issues with residency.
