* Controlling the sets of documents from the exporter and opening files in the system,

* Weekly reporting of products arriving at the port,

* Giving the work orders for the transfer of the products arriving at the port to the warehouse to the customs officer,

* Transferring the containers to the warehouse by working in coordination with the Customs Office and the Warehouse,

* Controlling the costs of the products transferred to the warehouse,

* Reporting the monthly expenses and checking their compliance with the budget,

* Checking the pro forma from exporting companies and opening letters of credit,

* Monitoring and controlling the risks of the opened letters of credit in banks,

* Making monthly and weekly import payment lists and sending them to the finance department,

* Receiving documents from banks and registering them in the system,

* Following up and finalizing the import transactions of the paid products with the customs consultant,

* Preparation of annual Customs, Warehouse and Transport budgets and checking compliance.

* Reporting and recording of payments and letters of credit.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

* Graduated from related departments of universities,

* At least 5 years of work experience in importing (preferably textile)

* Having experience in team management,

* Knowledgeable in foreign trade regulations (import-customs-letter of credit),

* Fluent in English and fluent,

* Developed inquiry, research and analysis skills,

* Presentable, taking care of its external appearance,

* Proficient in MS office applications, especially Excel,

* Good human relations, compatible with teamwork,

* Able to prepare statistical reports,

* Able to keep up with flexible working hours and intense work tempo.
