QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading Technical Services people’s development and trainings. Assess development areas, training needs, and support all operations to accomplish.
  • Ensuring the processes (field services, refurbishment, equipment transfers, warehousing) are done in the standart in accordance with the Sales & Marketing Equipements policy in the region.
  • Ensuring incoming inspections of new procured equipment's are done.
  • Management of the equipment and spare part stocks of the region.
  • Doing the technical follow up and management of technical service region 3rd parties during the contract preparing periods and operating periods.
  • Planning and managing of region opex, capex and head count. Creating the related procurement requests and follow up these procurement items.
  • Visiting 3rd parties, distributors, customers to understand expectations to improve the processes and to increase the distributor/customer/consumer satisfaction.
  • Organizing technical trainings for CCI employees, distributors, 3rd parties, customers and giving the trainings if needed.
  • Making all the region technical service reports prepared and ensuring they are shared with all related departments. Improving the reported KPIs by making analysis.
  • Doing improvement and development projects for him/herself, for the processes and for his/her team.
  • Backing up the other regions management, and if needed managing the other reigions next to his/her region for a limited period.

Capabilities

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3 years total professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years functional and sector experience
  • Having knowledge about cooling systems
  • Able to ensure collaboration between functions
  • High communication and presentation skills
  • Upper Intermediate level of English
  • MS Office Programs
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Having driving license
  • Located/willing to allocate in İzmir
  • Having no restriction to travel
