QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing sales operation of all segment customers in all Channels.
  • Deals directly with customers’ and distributors’ complaints and requests as a first point of contact.
  • Carrying out sales development activities in accordance with business plans and company principles.
  • Making customer, distributor, logistic and also all kinds of requested satisfaction surveys via Customer Interaction Center, getting the results of the surveys and reporting them to the related departments. Create action plans and lead the team to execute
  • Tracking and analyzing calls (20.000 calls/month which is growing with new implementations like Red Box and further penetrations of Telsell) on all key metrics
  • Presents recommendations to top management to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Coaching and training a team of call center staff  which is growing. Lead the team for the future plans.
  • Receives proposals, initiates the bidding process and finalizes the process.

Capabilities:

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • At least 3 years of professional experience
  • Minimum Upper Intermediate level of English will be an asset
  • Advanced level of MS Office
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Initiator and results-oriented with strong communication, cross-functional problem solving skills
  • Business savvy, result-oriented and customer focused
  • Understanding of field dynamics and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and teams
  • Willingness to be flexible in a rapidly changing work environment while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency, meeting deadlines and benchmarks
  • Advanced level of Turkish is must
