• Have a minimum of 2 years experience within fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
• Fluent in English language
• Extensive knowledge of menu and all products
• Extensive knowledge of wine and spirits
• Excellent grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene
• Flexibility and adaptability in demanding conditions
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
• Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
