Job Definition

We are looking for ENGINEER candidates for our factory in Silivri where we produce electrical installations for the automotive OEMs, will be assigned in Quality and Production Departments.

• To improve production processes, product quality and contribute to improving the production efficiency.
• To ensure the most efficient use of the workforce by the time studies.
• To create coordination between production processes.
• Reducing the scrap and contribute to the development process in order to minimize the time lost.
• To contribute New Product Commissioning process.
• To engage in quality improvement efforts and studies.
• To be experienced in IATF 16949 quality certificate documentations and knowledge ofAPQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC

Qualifications

• Graduated from Electrical & Electronic or Industrial Engineering Departments,
• English speaking, reading and writting must be Advanced level.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive Industry,
• Results-oriented, innovative and analytical thinking
• Ability of reading Technical Drawings (AutoCAD experience is preferable)
• For male candidates, military service have to be completed,

Residing in the European side of Istanbul (Avcılar, Beylikdüzü, Büyükçekmece, Silivri, Çerkezköy and Çorlu preferences).
