We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised receptionist to joing a thriving team in a newly opened coworking space in Fethiye.

You will create a friendly environment by making our clients feel welcome and assisting them with the use of the coworking space. Additionally you will help organize events, workshops and networking meetings. 

Experience and Requirements

• Customer service and/or sales experience a plus
• Must have strong verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Demonstrate responsibility, accountability, work ethic, and empathy
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Passionate about people
• Intermediate spoken English
  

• Russian language will be a plus
  
  

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for our clients. Provide a warm welcoming attitude.
• Accept payments and track client accounts
• Managing meeting room bookings
• Assist guests with printing and scanning
• Small job in the kitchen: watching and refilling tea and coffee levels in coffee machine
  
• Making sure that our day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
