QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

This role will be based in Sarıyer/İstanbul - Türkiye.


Your Mission:

  • Managing Training activities (soft skills) for all employee categories. Providing trainings offline and on-line or organizing with external providers as well as implementing global and EMEA initiatives
  • Managing global talent cycle initiatives: Talent review, Employee Opinion Survey, Performance Management. Acting as expert and ensure the training and execution of the proces.
  • Improving on-boarding process: ensure all core tools are in place and together with business ensure diversity vs type of personnel
  • Serving as Training and development expert for HR BP team + stakeholders.


To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

  • From 2 years’ experience in Training Management / HR Generalist position as Senior specialist / Expert with training delivery portfolio
  • Project Management skills
  • English fluent, native Turkish
  • Certificates in coaching and additional training education / course would be a big advantage
