Otis is currently recruiting for a "Mod/Bex Assistant Manager" to manage modernizations / BEX-R projects.

As an Mod/Bex Asistant Manager, You Will:

• Determination, implementation and reporting of MOD/BEX sales strategies in Turkey.
• Follow-up of sales processes, customer visits, proposal and contract negotiations.
• Supporting the project management and field teams in commercial matters during the management phase of the projects.
• Making technical inspections at the construction site and/or facility when necessary.
• Identifying risks and opportunities, identifying proactive solutions.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in relavant departments, preferably in engineering.
• At least 5 years of project management.
• Elevator industry experience is must.
• A solid technical background with understanding.
• Strong analysis and planning skills.
• Good at written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability work with flexible and intensive working hours.
• Willing to work travel.
