We are seeking a "Budget & Reporting Specialist" to join our finance team located in Sarıyer/İstanbul. As the Budget & Reporting Specialist, you will support the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes of the company. You will also assist in developing financial models and analysis to aid decision-making and provide financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the company's annual /monthly budget and financial forecast.
• Responsible for monthly financial close.
• Leading financials in month/year end closing & reporting activities.
• Forecasting, business planning, budgeting & strategic planning including periodical revisions.
• Monitoring actual results against budget and forecast and providing variance analysis.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Leading and managing financial external audits.
• Involvement to the projects related to budgeting, profitability and reporting.
• Providing financial analysis and support for ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Economics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting and planning within a global company
• Having good knowledge of IFRS and organizing the independent audit reports
• Proven experience in finance management, Big4 audit experience is a plus
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Advance knowledge of MS Office programs. JD Edwards knowledge is a plus.
